DemoWizard.io is an AI-powered demo video generation platform that creates narrated walkthrough videos of web applications. The Service uses browser automation and artificial intelligence to capture and narrate product demonstrations.

3. Beta Service

The Service is currently in Beta. This means:

  • Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
  • The Service may experience downtime or errors
  • Generated content may not always meet expectations
  • We welcome your feedback to improve the Service

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

  • Create demos of websites you do not own or have permission to demonstrate
  • Capture or store sensitive information (passwords, financial data) beyond what is necessary for demo creation
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage

6. Credentials and Security

When you provide login credentials for demo purposes:

  • Credentials are stored temporarily in memory only (never on disk)
  • Credentials are automatically deleted after 60 minutes
  • We recommend using test accounts rather than production credentials
  • You are responsible for the security of any credentials you provide

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including generated demo videos.

Our Service: The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by DemoWizard.io and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. During the Beta period:

  • We do not guarantee uptime or availability
  • Demo generation may fail for certain websites
  • AI-generated narration may contain errors
  • Features may change without notice

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEMOWIZARD.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time.
